  1. MyVegasVegas.com Acts as agents for the companies and organizations featured on our website. These terms and conditions constitute the terms upon which we arrange the provision of products, services or facilities for you. The suppliers with whom you or your clients will be contracting have their own terms and conditions.
  2. MyVegasVegas.com has taken care to ensure that the information provided on their website is accurate. However, in compiling it, we have to rely on the information supplied to us and we are unable to warrant its accuracy. Suppliers featured may change their product, facilities or schedules. This is unfortunately beyond our control and we are unable to accept liability. When we are told of significant changes, we will inform you at the time of booking or if a booking has already been made, as soon as reasonably possible.
  3. PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS
    1. Bookings will be accepted subject to these terms and conditions. Unless otherwise stated, as soon as a reservation number has been given in respect of a booking, a binding contract exists between us and payment will be taken immediately. We will then send you a confirmation invoice showing details of the services booked. You must check this carefully and raise any queries immediately. Any subsequent changes will be subject to availability and may attract an alteration charge. MyVegasVegas.com reserves the right to refuse to accept a booking at its discretion.
    2. MyVegasVegas.com reserves the right to charge an amendment fee if changes are made once a booking has been confirmed.

      If you wish to amend or cancel your reservation, written notification (by email) must be given to MyVegasVegas.com by the person named on the confirmation invoice. The date of the cancellation will be the date that MyVegasVegas.com receives this written notice. In the event of an amendment or cancellation by you, the following charges will apply or such sum as is charged by the supplier, if greater:

      More than 7 working days prior to arrival £20.00 per room or 25% of booking value (which ever is greater).

      If a deposit only has been paid at the time of cancelling, MyVegasVegas.com will retain the amount as the cancellation charge. 4 or less than 4 working days prior to arrival 100% of booking value.
    3. In some cases the price MyVegasVegas.com charge is not the final price payable to the hotel. In some cases, there may be a surcharge payable direct to the hotel. These are generally known as resort fees and for facilities like air conditioning, free local call charges, daily newspapers; use of sports facilities etc. These charges are beyond the control of Vegas Vacations and cannot be pre-paid.
  4. CHANGES
    Sometimes a supplier will change a booked service, product or facility prior to departure. If so, we will notify you of this as soon as possible. We will do all we can to arrange alternatives of equal or superior quality but this may not always be possible. As these changes are beyond our control, we can take no responsibility for any losses that may be occasioned by them.
  5. PRICE CHANGES
    Vegas Vacations reserves the right to revise all published prices at any time and for any reason, however no change in price will be made once a booking has been confirmed.
  6. COMPLAINTS
    In the event that a guest wishes to complain about their stay at one of our featured hotels they must follow the complaints procedure.

    It is imperative that any problems with a hotel be made known to the hotel and our agent in the given destination. Our agents contact details are given at the bottom of all hotel vouchers and the number can be used 24 hours a day. Failure to contact our agents in the event of any problems during their stay will result in MyVegasVegas.com being unable to entertain guest's complaints once they have checked out.

    Any complaints regarding the booking process or MyVegasVegas.com directly must be submitted in writing.
  7. LIABILITY
    Whilst we always endeavor to perform or to secure the performance of all parts of the agreement fully, we cannot accept responsibility for, or offer compensation in respect of, circumstances where performance is prevented or affected or where we are forced to cancel, delay, curtail or otherwise make changes by reason of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions or other similar events beyond our control. We also act as agents for hotels, transport companies, car hire companies and other suppliers of services. We accept responsibility for the acts, errors and omissions or our employees, agents, suppliers and sub-contractors (providing they were at the time performing duties authorized by us) except where death or personal injury results. Booking fees may on occasions cause our rate to be higher than the hotels published rate. If this is the case no monies will be refunded by MyVegasVegas.com. MyVegasVegas.com cannot and will not guarantee bedding in any accommodation booked through us. Where a problem arises, MyVegasVegas.com should be notified a maximum of 28 days after the last day of services provided. Failure to notify MyVegasVegas.com within this period will result in any claims not being reviewed.
  8. DATA PROTECTION
    1. Save as set out in these Terms and Conditions, MyVegasVegas.com will not disclose the customer's information to third parties. Data collected by this site will only be used for: -
      1. Taking and fulfilling the Contract;
      2. Administering and enhancing the Website and our service;
      3. Disclosing information to third parties for fulfillment of the contract by third parties and payment purposes.
      4. Sales and marketing purposes.
  9. FULL TERMS These terms and conditions constitute the entire terms of the contract between us. Any alterations to these terms and conditions of business are only binding if made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of this company. This agreement is governed by English law and exclusive jurisdiction is conferred on the English Courts. E&OE.
